Lawcus Inc. (“Lawcus” or “Lawcus Payments”) and Confido Inc. (“Confido Legal”) are partnering to roll out a promotional offer for their respective users. Under this offer, users (also referred to as “You,” “Your,” “Subscriber,” etc.) can receive free subscriptions through credits assigned to them.

The salient features of the offer outlined below:

1. This offer is available exclusively to new users of either Lawcus or Confido Legal.
   
   1. If you are an existing Lawcus user who does not use Lawcus Payments, you are eligible to participate by starting to use Lawcus Payments powered by Confido Legal.
   2. If you are a Confido Legal user who does not use Lawcus, you are eligible to participate by starting to use Lawcus and making payments via Lawcus Payments.
2. You must express your interest in participating in this promotional program.
3. The first payment must be processed through the integration before the end of September 2024.
4. A minimum payment volume of $60,000 per user must be processed through the integration within the first six months of participation. This condition applies only to new users of either platform.
5. Firms must continue using Lawcus and processing payments through Lawcus Payments for the entire six-month period.
6. Firms that meet these conditions will receive credit for six months of their Lawcus subscription. This credit will be provided approximately six months after processing their first payment and no later than April 2025.
7. Firms must use these credits to purchase Lawcus yearly subscriptions only. The credits must be utilized in one go and are not applicable for monthly subscriptions.
8. Failure to meet the above conditions will result in automatic disqualification from the promotional program.
9. It is to be noted that voided transactions do not count towards the minimum volume requirement.
